  • Total Time: 4 Hours 15 Minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups fresh watermelon (seeded and cubed)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (chilled)

Instructions

  1. Slice fresh watermelon into manageable cubes and remove any stray seeds.
  2. Blend the cubes in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  3. Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother texture if desired.
  4. Pour cold heavy cream into a chilled mixing bowl and whip using an electric mixer until firm peaks form.
  5. Fold the blended watermelon puree gently into the whipped cream using a silicone spatula.
  6. Pour into a shallow, airtight container, level the surface, and freeze for at least 4 hours until scoopable.

Notes

Chill mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes before whipping. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks; let sit on the counter for 5 minutes before scooping.
