Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade, alcohol-free)
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Dredge chicken breasts evenly in the seasoned flour mixture.
Lightly brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil to ensure crispiness.
Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
After cooking, let rest for 2 minutes, then brush both sides liberally with buffalo sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
Use a store-bought buffalo sauce labeled ‘alcohol-free’ or make your own with hot sauce (vinegar-based), melted butter, and a splash of lemon juice.
For extra crunch, chill the battered chicken for 10 minutes before air frying.
Refrigerate leftover chicken in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
