4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup buffalo sauce (no alcohol, adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons butter (creamed to coat)
Optional serving ideas: ranch/blue cheese dressing, chopped celery
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
Pat chicken dry; season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly
Place thighs in air fryer basket, skin-side up
Air fry 10 minutes, then brush with buffalo sauce
Air fry 8 more minutes until golden and crisp
Let rest 5 minutes before serving
Serve with optional dressing and celery
