Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fajita seasoning (no pork/ham)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with fajita seasoning, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix bell peppers and onions with olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes. Flip and cook 6 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
During last 4 minutes of chicken cooking, add peppers and onions to the air fryer basket (toss halfway). Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp (10-12 minutes total for veggies).
