Ingredients
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Brush mixture evenly under the skin and over the meaty side of thighs
Place thighs skin-side down in a preheated 375°F air fryer basket
Cook for 18 minutes, flipping halfway
Brush with melted butter and cook 2 more minutes for golden skin
Notes
For boneless thighs, cook 12–14 minutes total
Rest chicken 5 minutes before serving
Store leftovers in air-tight containers up to 3 days
Use fresh herbs if dried are unavailable
