Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken thighs (skin-on, halal-friendly)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Pat the chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil to create the glaze.
Brush or pour the glaze evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even browning.
Once done, let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra browning, brush on a little more honey before the last 2 minutes of cooking. Can be served with a side of steamed vegetables or a green salad.
Store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
