Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
Pat chicken dry; season both sides with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in air fryer for 2 minutes
Air fry chicken at 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes to brown
Mix honey, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes
Brush half of the glaze on chicken; return to air fryer
Cook 7–11 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F)
Brush remaining glaze and melt over chicken with butter
Rest for 5 minutes before slicing
Notes
For spicier version, add extra red pepper flakes
Maple syrup works as a substitute for honey
Store leftovers in airtight containers up to 3 days
Reheat in 300°F (150°C) oven for 5–7 minutes for best texture
