4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
3 tablespoons hot honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional for extra heat)
Instructions
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons hot honey, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes.
Coat both sides of the chicken thighs evenly with the glaze.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange thighs in a single layer in the fryer basket (no overcrowding).
Air fry for 18 minutes, flipping halfway. Check internal temperature (165°F/74°C) with a thermometer.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Bone-in thighs yield juicier results.
Brush glaze twice during cooking for extra stickiness.
Replace chili flakes with sweet paprika for milder heat.
