Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1 teaspoon dried herbs (rosemary or thyme)
Instructions
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels
Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl
Dip each chicken thigh into the mixture, pressing to coat evenly
Lightly brush both sides with olive oil
Preheat air fryer to 400°F
Arrange thighs in air fryer basket (do not overcrowd), leaving space between
Air fry for 8 minutes, flip thighs, then air fry 8 more minutes until golden and crispy
Let rest 3 minutes before serving
Notes
Use boneless skinless thighs for best results
If airy fryer has a crumb tray/basket with a rack, use it to prevent oil pooling
Substitute panko with regular breadcrumbs if preferred
