1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried dill
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt in a bowl
Working in batches, dredge chicken strips in flour mixture
Toss with breadcrumbs in separate bowl
Brush both sides of chicken with olive oil
Arrange chicken in single layer in air fryer basket
Cook 12 minutes total, flipping midway if adherence is poor
No mid-cook flipping required if chicken is dry-breaded
