Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
Pat chicken dry. Brush both sides with olive oil
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and half of the spices over each thigh
Place skin-side up in air fryer basket (do not overcrowd)
Cook 18-22 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F
Rest 5 minutes before serving
Notes
For crispier skin, pat chicken completely dry before oiling
Boneless thighs require 10-12 minutes cooking time
Toss with fresh herbs if desired
Clean air fryer basket with warm soapy water while chicken rests
