1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes
Rub chicken thighs with olive oil
Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over both sides
Place thighs in air fryer basket in a single layer
Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook 8-10 minutes until crispy and fully cooked
Serve with a squeeze of lime juice
Notes
For bone-in thighs, add 5 extra minutes to cook time
Customize taco seasoning with additional spices (e.g., oregano or smoked paprika)
Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days
Chicken can be diced directly in the air fryer for shredded results
