Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
1 large ripe avocado, diced
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (alcohol-free)
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced celery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, chopped herbs, and lemon juice to create the dressing.
Add shredded chicken, diced avocado, red onion, and celery to the bowl.
Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
For fresher herbs, add dill and chives during step 3 instead of to the dressing first.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Chill the dressing separately for longer storage if making ahead.
