Instructions

  3. Let the gelatin bloom for exactly 2 minutes.
  4. Heat the bloomed gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly until dissolved and clear.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in sugar-free gelatin powder, allulose sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  7. Pour the gelatin mixture into a blender or food processor.
  8. Let the mixture cool to room temperature for 5 minutes.
