Instructions

Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket
Combine broccoli, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, and pepper in a bowl
Stuff the chicken pockets with the mixture
Brush melted butter over the chicken and top with breadcrumbs
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through
