Ingredients
1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
6 strips halal turkey bacon
1/2 cup ranch dressing ingredients (1/4 cup buttermilk, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 clove garlic minced, 1 tbsp dried dill, salt/pepper to taste)
12 soft potato rolls
1/4 lb cheddar cheese, sliced
2 green onions, thin slices
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Cook chicken breasts in a pan until no longer pink, then shred with fork or hands
Fry turkey bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels
Mix ranch ingredients in a bowl until smooth
Slice potato rolls open and place a cheese slice on each bottom half
Top with shredded chicken, a strip of turkey bacon, and a dollop of ranch dressing
Place sliders on a baking sheet and warm in oven for 5 minutes until rolls soften
Garnish with green onions before serving

Prepare chicken and turkey bacon ahead for faster assembly
Substitute chicken for ground turkey
Add lettuce or tomatoes for crunch
