Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas (6″ diameter)
1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup chopped iceberg or romaine lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup homemade halal ranch dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat skillet over medium heat
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Cook 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F
Let chicken rest 5 minutes then slice into strips
Scoop out the middle of each tortilla to lighten it
Spread 1-2 tablespoons ranch on each tortilla
Divide avocado into halves, scoop 1/2 into each tortilla
Top with sliced chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes
Fold tortilla edges and roll tightly for wrapping
Notes
Freeze uncooked tortilla packets for meal prep (add ranch to outer wrap after reheating)
Use whole wheat tortillas for fiber boost
Add grilled veggies for extra flavor
Sprinkle crumbled feta for salty tang
Best served fresh (store filled wraps for 1-2 hours max)
