Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups halal turkey ham
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1 10.5 oz can non-alcoholic cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Place chicken breasts in a 9×13-inch baking dish
Top each chicken breast with 2-3 slices of turkey ham
Sprinkle 1/4 cup Swiss cheese over each
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper
Pour half the sauce over the chicken
Sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese on top
Bake for 25 minutes
Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top
Return to oven and bake 10-15 more minutes until golden and bubbly
Let rest 10 minutes before serving
Notes
Use vegetarian deli slices instead of ham for a meat-free version
