Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet; sear chicken thighs 2-3 minutes per side
Add garlic, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and lemon juice; cook 2 minutes

Bring to a simmer, cover, and transfer to oven
