Ingredients

12 oz pasta (penne or bowtie preferred)
2 (5 oz) cans water-packed tuna, drained
1 cup mayonnaise (vegan if preferred)
2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 celery stalk, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Boil pasta in salted water with 1 tbsp olive oil until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, red onion, and celery.
Add cooled pasta and drained tuna; stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Garnish withcilantro if desired.

Notes

Add olive oil to pasta water for extra richness and to prevent sticking.
Double the dressing for heartier flavor.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Try adding steamed corn, avocado, or cucumber.
