23 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning blend
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 lbs seed bun or slider buns
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Place chicken in slow cooker.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning over chicken.
Mix cream cheese, chicken broth, and milk in a bowl until smooth.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
Shred chicken with two forks, discarding bones or skin if used.
Return shredded chicken to sauce and stir to combine.
Warm buns in oven, top with 1-2 tbsp chicken mixture, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
