Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken (about 3–4 cups shredded)
1 ½ cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons melted butter
12 mini slider buns
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Shred cooled rotisserie chicken, discarding skin and bones
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and Italian seasoning
Toaster oven or oven-safe pan, lightly brush the garlic-butter mixture
Spoon marinara sauce on the bottom buns
Top each with shredded chicken and a generous portion of provolone cheese
Place remaining buns on top and garnish with grated Parmesan
Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are toasted
Let sit 5 minutes before serving

Use gluten-free buns for a dietary alternative
Add fresh basil leaves before baking for a herby twist
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days
Substitute provolone with mozzarella or cheddar if preferred
