Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Juice of 4 key limes (about 1/4 cup, plus extra for garnish)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.
Blend sweetened condensed milk with key lime juice until smooth.
Spread filling into the prepared crust.
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar (if using) until stiff peaks form.
Spread or pipe whipped cream over the filling.
Chill for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Notes
Key limes add a brighter flavor than regular limes.
Adjust sweetness by adding or reducing powdered sugar.
Garnish with lime zest or extra juice for a zested look.
Serve chilled. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
