Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken breasts/thighs
2 pounds cherry tomatoes
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Caesar’s leaf or fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs
Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant
Add chicken and sear 2-3 minutes per side
Top with tomatoes and feta
Transfer to oven and bake 25-30 minutes
Let rest 10 minutes before serving

Use bone-in thighs for maximum juiciness
Substitute labneh salted yogurt cheese if unavailable
Add cherry tomato slices post-bake for crisp topping
