4 bone-in chicken thighs (about 3 lb)
1.5 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat; sear thighs skin-side down until golden (6-8 minutes), flip and cook 2 minutes
Remove pan from heat; add garlic, tomatoes, feta, and lemon juice
Return to oven, reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C), and bake 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and juices thicken into a sauce
