4 large flour or whole wheat tortillas
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup Caesar dressing (mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, Parmesan, and anchovy-free or halal parmesan)
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Marinate chicken breasts in 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes
Grill over medium heat until fully cooked (15-20 minutes), rotating for even charring
Assemble wraps by layering 1 cup romaine, 2 tbsp Caesar dressing, 2 slices chicken, and Parmesan shavings in each tortilla
Fold edges and roll tightly to serve
Notes
Use store-bought Caesar dressing without alcohol or anchovies for halal compliance
Marinated chicken can be sautéed in a grill pan if outdoor grilling isn’t available
