Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Pat chicken dry; place in a sealable bag.
Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Pour marinade over chicken, seal bag, and refrigerate 10+ minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
Grill chicken 5-7 minutes per side until opaque and golden.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Marinate up to 24 hours for deeper flavor.
For extra juiciness, brush olive oil on chicken before grilling.
Serve with lemon wedges and herb-seasoned rice or grilled vegetables.
