Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Pat chicken breasts dry and dust with salt and pepper.
Combine Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, and olive oil in a small bowl.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden, then finish grilling until thermapen reads 165°F (74°C).
Brush glaze onto chicken during last 2 minutes of cooking.
Notes
Pound chicken to even thickness for even cooking.
Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
Add smoked paprika or cayenne for spice.
Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
