Instructions
- Gather your blender and a large drinking glass.
- Add frozen strawberries to the blender pitcher.
- Add frozen mango chunks to the blender.
- Peel the banana and break it into three pieces.
- Add the banana pieces to the blender.
- Pour in the plain Greek yogurt.
- Add unsweetened almond milk.
- Add honey or agave nectar if extra sweetness is desired.
- Add vanilla extract to enhance the fruit flavor.
- Secure the blender lid firmly.
- Blend on medium-high speed for 60-90 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Check the consistency and add 2 tablespoons more almond milk if the smoothie is too thick.
- Blend again for 30 seconds if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into a large glass.
- Top with coconut shreds and fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately while cold and creamy.
Notes
Use frozen fruit for the thickest, creamiest texture. Drink immediately after blending for the best flavor and consistency. Add liquid gradually to avoid making the smoothie too thin.
