Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Rub chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapenos, and breadcrumbs
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken thighs
Place chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet, spaced apart
