Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (halal/nut-free if required)
Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper
In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, and peanut butter
Beat in the butter until the mixture is crumbly yet sticky
Press the base into the prepared dish and smooth the top
Microwave the chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until meltable, stirring in between
Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base
Chill for 1-2 hours until set
Cut into 16 bars
Notes
Chill until chocolate is firm before slicing
Use halal-certified chocolate if dietary restrictions apply
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
For a nut-free option, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter
