Ingredients
Chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on – 4 pieces (about 2 lbs)
Peach preserves – 1/2 cup
Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
Garlic, minced – 1 tablespoon
Ginger, grated – 1 tablespoon
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Red pepper flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
Whisk together peach preserves, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper
Place chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with foil
Brush glaze evenly over thighs
Bake for 35 minutes, then broil for 5-7 minutes until glaze is caramelized
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving

Use organic/free-range chicken for enhanced flavor
Add extra glaze for dripping over sides if desired
