Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup dill pickles, drained and finely chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese in a medium bowl.
- Mix until smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.
- Add pickle juice and whisk until fully combined.
- Finely chop the dill pickles and drain excess moisture.
- Fold the chopped pickles into the dip mixture.
- Add fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix gently until evenly distributed.
- Add optional protein powder and stir thoroughly until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer protein dill pickle dip to a serving bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Drain pickles thoroughly before adding them to the dip to prevent excess moisture. Fresh dill provides the best flavor and the dip tastes even better after chilling.
