Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels
In a small bowl, whisk together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, and black pepper
Drizzle olive oil over chicken thighs, then evenly apply the ranch seasoning blend
Place thighs skin-side up on a wire rack over a baking sheet
Bake for 35 minutes or until skin is crisp and internal temperature reaches 165°F
Let rest 10 minutes before serving
