1 pre-made pizza dough (12-inch size)
1 (12 oz) rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (no alcohol)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll pizza dough on a baking sheet.
Brush olive oil over the dough.
Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
Sprinkle mozzarella over the sauce.
Top with shredded chicken, red onion, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Bake for 12 minutes or until crust is golden.
Remove and garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing.
Notes
Use store-bought or homemade pizza dough.
Adjust spice level in barbecue sauce to taste.
For crispier crust, pre-bake dough 2-3 minutes before adding toppings.
Substitute cilantro with parsley if preferred.
