3/4 cup halal-friendly barbecue sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) or use a stovetop griddle
Shred cooled rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with 1/3 cup barbecue sauce until evenly coated
To assemble, place cheese slices on bottom buns, then divide chicken mixture among buns
