Ingredients
1 store-bought rotisserie chicken, pre-cooked (about 3 lbs)
2 cups shredded chicken (from the rotisserie chicken)
1/3 cup buffalo sauce (mild or hot, as desired)
12 slider buns
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 tablespoon melted butter (for buns)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (toasted into buns)
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Instructions
Shred the rotisserie chicken using 2 forks, discarding bones and skin
Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated
In a skillet, melt butter, then spread garlic powder into the mixture. Lightly toast both sides of the slider buns in the garlic-butter mixture
Assemble sliders by placing a scoop of buffalo chicken in each bun, adding a slice of cheese on top to melt, followed by a drizzle of ranch/blue cheese dressing and a sprinkle of green onions
Notes
Chicken can be pre-shredded and refrigerated up to 3 days
Substitute mozzarella or vegan cheese for dietary preferences
Use gluten-free buns for a gluten-free option
To reduce heat: use mild buffalo sauce and top with extra ranch dressing
