Ingredients
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
8 slices sourdough bread
6 strips turkey bacon
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 lemon (for juice)
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced
1 tsp butter, softened
Instructions
Preheat skillet for bacon; fry turkey bacon直至 crisp, about 2–3 minutes.
Toaster oven or skillet: Lightly butter each cut side of the bread slices (about 1/2 tsp butter per slice) and toast until golden, 2–3 minutes.
Layer 2–3 slices of toasted bread with mayo, shredded rotisserie chicken, crisp turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and a drizzle of lemon juice. Sprinkle paprika between layers.
Close sandwiches with remaining bread slices and serve immediately or wrap in foil.
Notes
Customize with avocado, aioli, or pickles.
Sandwiches can be assembled and refrigerated up to 1 day ahead (store bread separately and assemble upon serving).
Turkey bacon can be substituted with roasted turkey slices for a lighter option.
