2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place croissants on a baking sheet and warm for 2-3 minutes to soften.
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
Fold in chopped celery and green onions.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add shredded chicken to the bowl and mix gently to combine the sauce and ingredients.
Split each warmed croissant and fill generously with the chicken mixture.
