Ingredients
1 (1 lb) shredded rotisserie chicken
1 large French bread loaf, halved lengthwise
1 cup marinara or tomato sauce
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Place French bread halves cut-side up on a baking sheet
Drizzle with olive oil and bake 5 minutes to toast
Spread 1/2 cup tomato sauce over each bread half
Sprinkle 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese on each
Top with shredded chicken and remaining cheese
Bake 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
Toss with fresh basil before serving
Notes
For extra richness, add roasted red peppers or mushrooms
Let pizza rest 5 minutes before slicing
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days
