Ingredients
1 (4-pound) rotisserie chicken, shredded
12 jalapeños, roasted, peeled, and finely diced
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth
Add shredded chicken and minced garlic, folding to combine
Stir in diced jalapeños and smoked paprika
Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish, top with shredded cheese blend
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden
