Ingredients
12 oz frozen cheese ravioli
1 rotisserie chicken (3–4 lb), shredded
1 cup marinara sauce
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook ravioli according to package instructions, drain.
Heat oil in a skillet, sauté garlic, spinach, and shredded chicken for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine cooked ravioli, chicken mixture, and marinara.
Transfer to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with cream cheese and mozzarella.
Bake 25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
Notes
Use store-bought ravioli for convenience.
Add lemon zest for brightness.
Leftovers freeze well up to 3 months.
