Ingredients
1 lb bone-in chicken thighs
2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp chili powder (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Pat chicken dry; season with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and chili powder
Place chicken on sheet pan, fat side up
Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on one side of the tray
Roast for 30–35 minutes, rotating halfway for even browning
Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving
Notes
Use parchment paper for easier cleanup
Skip chili powder for milder flavor
Serve with lemon wedges for brightness
