Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup plant-based milk (unsweetened)
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Peel and pit avocados; place in a blender or food processor
Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt
With the blender running, gradually add plant-based milk until smooth and silken
Taste and adjust sweetness or salt if desired
Transfer to serving bowls and chill for 30 minutes before serving
Notes
Use fully ripe avocados for maximum creaminess
For extra richness, refrigerate for 2-3 hours
Top with fresh berries, vegan chocolate shavings, or cacao nibs
