Instructions
- Measure 8 to 10 ounces of water or bone broth into a stainless steel shaker bottle or blender and heat to 130-140 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of pure horse gelatin powder directly into the warm liquid and stir continuously for 30 seconds to prevent clumping.
- Add 2 tablespoons of raw honey or maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, a pinch of sea salt, and 1 teaspoon of vitamin C powder if using.
- Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, then blend the entire mixture for 15 to 20 seconds at low speed until smooth.
- Check the temperature, transfer the completed supplement to your preferred drinking vessel immediately, and consume within 30 minutes of preparation.
Notes
Maintain water temperature strictly between 130-140 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent destroying beneficial nutrients while ensuring complete gelatin dissolution. Consume within thirty minutes of preparation before the gelatin begins to solidify.
